Shipping Information
Since we are a small company and cannot carry high amounts of inventory, many items are 'made to order'. This means after we receive your order, we send it to the print shop to be made. After it's made, we ship it out to you! If you have any questions please contact us at support@thespianswag.com.
HELPFUL SHIPPING NOTES:
- You will receive an email when items have been shipped with a tracking number and order confirmation details.
- Since we ship some items from different locations, you may receive more than one package.
- Orders shipped to countries outside the US may be subject to import duties, fees, taxes, and/or additional charges. The recipient may be required to pay applicable fees in order for the package to clear customs.
