Returns and Exchanges

We want every Thespian to be 100% happy, therefore we have a flexible returns and exchanges policy. 

RETURNS

• We accept returns up to 30 days after the initial delivery date.
• Two options: we can offer store credit for the amount of the product, which is a gift card we send immediately, or we can offer a refund, which would take place once we have received the returned product(s). 
• For returns, we offer a refund for the product only. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
