Shipping policy
IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTES:
- You will receive an email when items have been shipped with a tracking number and order confirmation details. Unfortunately for international packages, there are times when the tracking link breaks once it is outside the US. Once this occurs, there is nothing we can do, so we suggest contacting your local postal carrier for more information.
- Orders shipped to countries outside the US may be subject to import duties, fees, taxes, and/or additional charges. The recipient may be required to pay applicable fees in order for the package to clear customs.
- Canada- Due to new regulations, there may be a $6.95 additional fee for import tax. We are still working out the rules, so your patience and understanding is appreciated.
- International- There are ever-evolving regulations for import taxes in many countries. We will contact you if we need to collect import taxes. This upfront fee is usually paid in an effort to avoid higher taxes paid upon arrival.
- Because of these newer tax regulations, we've seen that occasionally our packages will get held in customs for a longer time than previously experienced. All international packages have a 3-4 week shipping timeframe.
